We would like to introduce ourselves as one of the largest manufacturer and exporters of Shoe, Shoe Upper and Finished Leather based in Northern India. We are capable of producing complete shoes in below mentioned constructions: Goodyear Welted Cement Lasted ( Stuck-on) Direct Vulcanized Rubber Direct Injection Dual Density PU / PU We have dedicated conveyors for each of these constructions. These conveyors are equipped with the latest machines imported from Czech Republic, Italy, and Germany. On installation, technicians from Czech Republic provided full training to our workers in our factory.
All our above products are tested and approved as per EN ISO20345: 2004 ( CE certified) Norms and hence bears CE marking e. G. , Basic Safety ( SB) , Antistatic Version ( S1) , Water Resistant Upper ( S2) , Penetration Resistant ( S3) categories.
We are also one of the leading manufacturer exporters of Strobelled and Lasted Uppers with current output of approx. 600, 000 to 800, 000 pairs per year on Printed, Crazy Horse, and Dry Nubuck leathers in both Normal and Water Repellant versions.
We have own tannery, capable of producing any type of leather, catering to our full requirements. The Company further has a Unit Sole factory producing PVC, TPR, Leather Inserted PVC / TPR soles for our complete shoe factory. GLOBAL REACH FULL-SHOE is being exported to the following countries: U. K., Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, Hong-Kong, Italy, France, South Africa, Russia, Czech Republic and UAE. SHOE UPPER is being exported to the following countries: France, Germany, Italy, U. K., Russia, New Zealand, Singapore, Canada, UAE, Czech Republic and Slovakia. FINISHED LEATHER is sold to the following countries: - France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Russia, Mauritius, Malaysia, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Hong-Kong, Canada, UAE, Taiwan, Spain and South Africa.
